Zuckerberg To Take 2 Months Of Paternity Leave
The Facebook boss says taking two months off when he and wife Priscilla welcome their first child is "a very personal decision".
Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg has said he will take two months of paternity leave once his first child is born.
The 31-year-old and his doctor wife Priscilla announced in July that they were expecting a baby, a birth that comes after the couple experienced three miscarriages.
Writing on his Facebook page, the founder of the world's largest online social network said the couple have been picking out their favourite childhood books and toys but had also been "thinking about how we're going to take time off during the first months of (the baby's) life".

He said: "This is a very personal decision and I've decided to take two months of paternity leave when our daughter arrives.
"Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families.
"At Facebook we offer our US employees up to four months of paid maternity or paternity leave which they can take throughout the year."
Mr Zuckerberg added: "Every day things are getting a little more real for us, and we're excited to start this next stage in our lives."
His choice to take two months is quite different to that made by Yahoo boss Marissa Meyer, who announced in September that she would take only "limited time away" from her work after giving birth to twin girls.
